Return and Refunds Policy – UK Customers
All products supplied by Findusagift.com are covered by our ‘Findusagift’ Guarantee. We will replace or credit any product that is faulty.
Findusagift.com is unable to issue credit for goods which are NOT faulty.
We hope you’ll be delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return items to us.
You can return your order for any reason within 10 days for a refund. Please follow the simple steps below:
- Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in it’s original packaging). Send your parcel to: Findusagift.com, Mail Order, Unit 6 Yew Tree Drive, Urmston, Manchester, M41 8QF
- Please be aware that Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.
- Send an email advising us that you are sending your goods back to us.
- We will arrange a refund less our initial postage and packaging costs once the goods have been received into our offices.
Damaged or faulty goods
Our Returns and Refunds Policy is outlined below for your information.
In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty goods we will replace or refund them in full (including the original postage charge). Please follow the simple steps below:
- Please email us advising that goods received are faulty and reasons.
- Send your parcel to Findusagift.com, Mail Order Returns,Unit 6 Yew Tree Drive, Urmston, Manchester M418QF.
- Faulty/damaged goods must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
- We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel.
- Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
- We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days.
